We offer dance-based fitness classes designed to help you get fit while having fun. We guide you through energetic routines that will leave you feeling energized and motivated.
We are a team of breaking barriers, thinking outside the box and leaving you wanting more. We work to create a 5-6 minute set with a storyline that incorporates a multitude of styles of dance(including Bollywood, South Indian – free style and folk). In our 7 years of remarkable journey, not only captivated audiences but actively promoted the country’s rich culture.

We have graced events like IABA and Gujarati Society leaving spectators awestruck with our performances and being continuous winners all these years. Through these efforts, we are not only entertained but also inspired and motivated people to embrace a healthier and fitter lifestyle.

What is dance fitness?

Do I need any dance experience to join your classes?
Not at all! Our classes are suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced dancers. Our instructors provide modifications and options to accommodate different skill levels, so you can feel comfortable and confident no matter where you are on your fitness journey.

What should I wear and bring to class?
We recommend wearing comfortable workout attire that allows for freedom of movement, along with supportive athletic shoes. Don't forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and a towel to wipe away any sweat. Optional items may include a yoga mat for floor exercises and any dance accessories you enjoy, like wristbands or dance sneakers.
